اعلان مؤتمر جمعية علوم القران العراقية

تسعى جمعية علوم القرآن العراقية إلى إقامة مؤتمر دولي وتنظيمه حضورياً وعن بعد (اونلاين) والموسوم بـ (نحو تعزيز دور الدراسات الإسلامية والاجتماعية والإنسانية في بناء المجتمع) والمقرر عقده 15-2026/1/16 في العراق. بالتعاون مع الجامعة العراقية مركز البحوث والدراسات الإسلامية وجامعة صلاح الدين كلية العلوم الإسلامية

فكرة المؤتمر

تسعى جمعية علوم القرآن العراقية من خلال هذا المؤتمر إلى تعزيز التكامل بين الدراسات الإسلامية والاجتماعية والإنسانية، لما لهذه العلوم من دور جوهري في بناء الإنسان وإصلاح المجتمع، واستنهاض القيم الأصيلة، ومواجهة التحديات الفكرية والثقافية المعاصرة. يهدف المؤتمر إلى أن يكون منبرًا علميًا للحوار والتبادل المعرفي، ومصدرًا لإنتاج رؤى عملية تسهم في تحقيق التنمية الفكرية والاجتماعية في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة وقيمها.

🎓 أهداف المؤتمر

1. إبراز دور الدراسات الإسلامية في ترسيخ القيم الأخلاقية وبناء الإنسان.
2. دعم البحوث الاجتماعية والإنسانية الموجّهة لخدمة المجتمع العراقي والعربي والإسلامي.
3. تشجيع التكامل المعرفي بين الدراسات الشرعية والعلوم الاجتماعية.
4. عرض تجارب بحثية ومؤسساتية ناجحة في تنمية الوعي المجتمعي.
5. توثيق التعاون بين الجمعيات العلمية والجامعات ومراكز البحوث.

محاور المؤتمر

المحور الأول: الدراسات الإسلامية وبناء المجتمع

1.   دور القيم القرآنية والحديثية في تعزيز التماسك الاجتماعي.
2.   الاجتهاد الفقهي المعاصر وأثره في معالجة قضايا المجتمع.
3.   الوسطية والاعتدال كمنهج حضاري في مواجهة التحديات الفكرية.
4.   إسهام العلوم الإسلامية في بناء منظومة القيم الأخلاقية والتربوية.

 

                     المحور الثاني: الدراسات الاجتماعية والتنمية المجتمعية

1.   علم الاجتماع ودوره في فهم التحولات الاجتماعية.
2.   العدالة الاجتماعية والمساواة كمدخل لبناء مجتمع متوازن.
3.   التغيرات الثقافية وتأثيرها في الهوية الوطنية.
4.   دور المرأة والشباب في التنمية الاجتماعية

                     المحور الثالث: الدراسات الإنسانية والفكرية

1.   إسهامات الفلسفة والعلوم الإنسانية في تشكيل الوعي الجمعي.
2.   اللغة والأدب كأدوات لبناء الهوية الثقافية.
3.   القيم الإنسانية العالمية والتعايش المشترك.
4.   الدراسات التاريخية ودورها في ترسيخ الانتماء الوطني.

                     المحور الرابع: التحديات المعاصرة

1.   مواجهة التطرف والإرهاب عبر الدراسات الإسلامية والاجتماعية.
2.   العولمة وتأثيرها على القيم الدينية والاجتماعية.
3.   التكنولوجيا والإعلام الجديد: بين تهديد الهوية وتعزيز الوعي.
4.   الأزمات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وأثرها على استقرار المجتمع.

                     المحور الخامس: آفاق مستقبلية

1.   بناء شراكات بين الجامعات ومراكز البحوث في خدمة المجتمع.
2.   مناهج التعليم الجامعي ودورها في تعزيز التكامل بين الدراسات الإسلامية والاجتماعية والإنسانية.
3.   استشراف مستقبل القيم الدينية والاجتماعية في ظل المتغيرات العالمية.
4.   نحو رؤية استراتيجية لتفعيل دور العلوم الإنسانية في التنمية المستدامة.

شروط المشاركة…

• ألا يكون البحث قد سبقت المشاركة به في مؤتمر، أو ندوة علمية، أو نُشر في مجلة علمية.
• يجب مراعاة المنهج العلمي ومعاييره في كتابة البحث، وأن يتميز بالأصالة والجدية في التحليل.
• ان يكون البحث من ضمن محاور المؤتمر.
• تُقبل البحوث باللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
• تشتمل الصفحة الأولى عنوان البحث واسم الباحث باللغة العربية والإنكليزية والبريد الالكتروني للباحث ورقم الهاتف ومكان عمله وملخص عربي وانكليزي للبحث.
• يكون الملخص في حدود صفحة واحدة أو (150 كلمة)
• عدد الباحثين المشاركين في البحث لا يتجاوز 2 باحثين فقط.
• ترسل البحوث والملخص بصيغة (word)حصراً ولا يقبل بأي صيغة أخرى ليتم اعتماده من قبل اللجنة العلمية.
• تخضع البحوث للاستلال الإلكتروني ولجنة علمية لغرض النشر في عدد خاص لوقائع المؤتمر في مجلة الجامعة العراقية.
• عدد اورق البحث لا تزيد على 25 صفحة وحجم الخط 16 ونوع الخط Simplified Arabic
• رسوم المشاركة بالمؤتمر (15000) مئة وخمسه ألف دينار عراقي بضمنها أجور نشر البحوث في مجلة الجامعة العراقية المحكمة وقائع مؤتمر.

Iraqi Association of Qur’anic Sciences – Conference Announcement

The Iraqi Association of Qur’anic Sciences seeks to hold and organize an international conference, both in-person and online, entitled: “Enhancing the Role of Islamic, Social, and Human Studies in Building Society,” scheduled to be held on 15–16 January 2026 in Iraq, in cooperation with the Iraqi University – Center for Islamic Research and Studies, and Salahaddin University – College of Islamic Sciences.

Conference Concept

Through this conference, the Iraqi Association of Qur’anic Sciences aims to promote integration between Islamic, social, and human studies, recognizing the essential role these disciplines play in shaping individuals, reforming society, reviving authentic values, and confronting contemporary intellectual and cultural challenges. The conference aspires to be a scientific platform for dialogue and knowledge exchange, as well as a source for producing practical insights that contribute to intellectual and social development in light of the purposes and values of Islamic law.

🎓 Conference Objectives

1. Highlighting the role of Islamic studies in strengthening ethical values and shaping the human character.
2. Supporting social and human research that serves Iraqi, Arab, and Islamic societies.
3. Encouraging epistemic integration between Islamic jurisprudential studies and social sciences.
4. Presenting successful research and institutional experiences in promoting community awareness.
5. Documenting cooperation between scientific associations, universities, and research centers.

Conference Themes

First Theme: Islamic Studies and Nation-Building

• The role of Qur’anic and Prophetic values in enhancing social cohesion.
• Contemporary jurisprudential reasoning and its impact on addressing societal issues.
• Moderation as a civilizational approach to confronting intellectual challenges.
• Contributions of Islamic sciences to building ethical and educational value systems.

Second Theme: Social Studies and Community Development

1. Sociology and its role in understanding social transformations.
2. Social justice and equality as foundations for a balanced society.
3. Cultural changes and their impact on national identity.
4. The role of women and youth in social development.

Third Theme: Human and Intellectual Studies

1. Contributions of philosophy and the humanities to shaping collective consciousness.
2. Language and literature as tools for building cultural identity.
3. Universal human values and peaceful coexistence.
4. Historical studies and their role in strengthening national belonging.

Fourth Theme: Contemporary Challenges

1. Addressing extremism and terrorism through Islamic and social studies.
2. Globalization and its impact on religious and social values.
3. Technology and new media: between threatening identity and enhancing awareness.
4. Economic and social crises and their effects on community stability.

Fifth Theme: Future Horizons

• Building partnerships between universities and research centers to serve society.
• University curricula and their role in enhancing integration among Islamic, social, and human studies.
• Envisioning the future of religious and social values amid global transformations.
• Towards a strategic vision to activate the role of the humanities in sustainable development.

Participation Requirements

• The paper must not have been previously presented at a conference, scientific symposium, or published in a scientific journal.
• The research must adhere to scientific methodology and demonstrate originality and analytical rigor.
• The paper must fall within the conference themes.
• Papers are accepted in both Arabic and English.
• The first page must include: the research title, author’s name in Arabic and English, email address, phone number, institutional affiliation, and an abstract in Arabic and English.
• The abstract must be within one page or approximately 150 words.
• The number of authors must not exceed two researchers.
• Research papers and abstracts must be submitted in Word format only; no other formats will be accepted by the scientific committee.
• Papers will undergo electronic plagiarism detection and scientific peer-review for publication in a special issue of the Iraqi University Journal – Conference Proceedings.
• The paper must not exceed 25 pages, with font size 16 and font type Simplified Arabic (for Arabic text).
• The participation fee is 150,000 IQD, including publication fees in the refereed journal (Conference Proceedings).
